Customer Service Executive (Mortgage)

Responsibilities

• Responsible to handle mortgage referral applications case and enquiries from the applicant
• Understand the client needs, provide advice on mortgage plans to customers, closely follow up the case status and provide update to customers
• Facilitate coordination with banking partners, customers and property agents
• Achieve individual targets 
• Identify sales opportunities and develop new business in mortgage

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Sales / Customer Service experience in mortgage/ property/ financial service is preferable
• Strong self-motivation, pro-active, service oriented and willing to learn
• Excellent people skill, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Candidates with less experience / more experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Executive
